Latus Group Acquires Euro Environmental in Hygiene Add-On

NorthEdge-backed Latus Group has acquired Euro Environmental, an occupational hygiene provider based in Doncaster. Euro Environmental delivers workplace exposure monitoring, indoor air quality testing, and noise assessments, plus related compliance services for organisations across the UK.

The acquisition is Latus Group’s fourth since NorthEdge’s initial investment in July 2024. Latus said the deal supports continued growth of its Hygiene division, which has recorded year-on-year growth of 50%. Latus also provides occupational health, health surveillance, and wellbeing services, and will position Euro Environmental to strengthen end-to-end workplace health offerings nationally.
