Exacom and Hyper Acquired by Motorola Solutions | Technology M&A Deal

Motorola Solutions has acquired Exacom and Hyper, enterprise software businesses in Illinois, for $90 million net of cash acquired. Motorola Solutions acquisitions add Exacom and Hyper capabilities that support mission-critical communications and software-driven command and control workflows for enterprise customers. The Exacom and Hyper acquisition strengthens Motorola Solutions software and services offerings, including Command Center and video-related operations, with IL acquisitions expanding technology M&A footprint in Chicago. The add-on acquisition is part of Motorola Solutions strategic acquisition strategy, valued at $2.7 billion in reported quarter sales context, and is expected to close following a definitive agreement.
