Fusion Hotel Group Acquired by SC Capital Partners

SC Capital Partners founder and chairman Suchad Chiaranussati has acquired Fusion Hotel Group as part of a plan to expand in Asia’s hospitality sector. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Fusion Hotel Group, founded in 2008 and based in Ho Chi Minh City, operates 18 properties with around 3,000 rooms across Vietnam and Thailand, and it has a development pipeline of more than 2,000 rooms. Fusion focuses on wellness-oriented hospitality and offers hotel management, brand development, concept design, and branded residences.

Under the new ownership structure, Fusion is expected to work alongside Hotel Management Japan (HMJ) and Indonesian operator Topotels Hotels & Resorts, creating a combined platform managing about 16,000 rooms across key Asian markets.
