GAMEE Acquired by Alpha Compute | Technology M&A Deal

Alpha Compute has completed the acquisition of GAMEE, a technology other business in Road Town, British Virgin Islands, for $11 million. Alpha Compute acquisitions focus on AI GPU-as-a-service (GPUaaS) and AI Confidential Compute, while GAMEE operates a mobile gaming platform with Web3 gaming assets. Alpha Compute acquires GAMEE to expand technology M&A exposure to Telegram ecosystem gaming and to strengthen its public company acquisition strategy. The add on acquisition is structured as a 60% controlling interest deal with up to $11 million total consideration plus a performance-linked earn-out over two years, and closing is expected in May 2026 after GAMEE’s 2025 annual audit completion.
