Hobel Bellows Acquired by Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing | Manufacturing M&A Deal

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing has completed the acquisition of Hobel Bellows, a industrial equipment business in India, for INR 4.5 billion. Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing acquisitions target Hobel Bellows to expand manufacturing M&A capabilities in industrial equipment and aerospace tooling supply chains. Hobel Bellows acquisition supports strategic acquisition of bellows and related components used in industrial and aerospace applications, strengthening Unimech’s add on acquisition footprint. The add on acquisition is a 99.99% stake purchase by strategic buyer Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing, alongside Innomech Aerospace Toolings Private Limited, with deal size under $10M and announced status.
