Ikigai Labs Acquired by Celonis | Technology M&A Deal

Celonis has agreed to acquire Ikigai Labs, a enterprise software business in Germany. Ikigai Labs provides AI decision intelligence capabilities that help enterprises improve operational decision-making and automate analytics workflows. Celonis, an enterprise process mining and execution platform provider, is adding decision intelligence to its stack to reduce AI operational blind spots and strengthen context-aware recommendations. The Celonis acquisitions are structured as an add on acquisition and a strategic acquisition, with deal size undisclosed.
