International Tech Park Chennai Radial Road Acquired by Mindspace REIT | Real Estate Services M&A Deal

Mindspace REIT has completed the acquisition of International Tech Park Chennai Radial Road, a real estate development business in Tamil Nadu, for Rs 30 billion. Mindspace REIT acquisitions focus on Grade A office assets, and International Tech Park Chennai Radial Road is a 2.6 million sq. ft. IT park campus in Chennai’s Radial Road corridor. The target operates as an office real estate services platform with two towers, including recent completion in September 2025 and committed occupancy levels that support mark-to-market potential. This add on acquisition is structured as a 51% stake purchase, with Mindspace REIT as a public company acquirer in real estate services M&A. The transaction is announced and valued at over $100M, with the remaining 49% held by other real assets investors.
