Velvac Acquires K-10 Enterprizes for Truck Mirrors

Velvac announced it acquired the assets of K-10 Enterprizes, a Mission, Texas supplier of blind-spot safety mirror systems for heavy-duty trucks. The deal expands Velvac’s mirror offering across OEM mirror systems and high-volume replacement mirror heads and service parts.

K-10 is known for hood- and fender-mounted blind-spot mirrors, including its “all-seeing” K-10 Eyeball Mirror, plus conventional convex mirrors used on commercial vehicles and off-road trucks. Velvac plans to integrate K-10 operations in Mission into its manufacturing facility in Reynosa, Mexico, while moving product engineering and supply-chain activities to its headquarters in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
