Deal Overview

Intuitive Machines has completed its acquisition of Lanteris Space Systems, formerly Maxar Space Systems, for $800 million before closing adjustments. The consideration consists of $450 million in cash and $350 million in Intuitive Machines Class A common stock.

The deal positions Intuitive Machines as a vertically integrated next-generation space prime contractor across commercial, civil, and national security initiatives. Lanteris spacecraft support LEO, MEO, and GEO missions including missile warning and tracking, tactical intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and Earth observation. Chris Johnson continues as President of Lanteris Space Systems.
