Zoopla Acquires New Homes for Sale in Bolt-on

Zoopla Limited has acquired specialist new homes property portal New Homes for Sale in a bolt-on transaction. The acquisition is described as complementary to and built on Zoopla’s existing new homes offering.

New Homes for Sale, founded in 1998, supports more than 200 developer customers and showcases over 2,500 active developments across England, Scotland and Wales. The portal connects more than one million buyers with new homes each year.

Zoopla said the deal strengthens its capabilities and deepens relationships with home builders in the UK, following recent strategic partnerships with major developers including Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes.
