Noble Environmental Acquired by Apollo | Industrials M&A Deal

Apollo has acquired Noble Environmental, a waste environmental business in Pennsylvania, for $1.03. Noble Environmental is a vertically integrated regional waste management platform headquartered in Pittsburgh, providing solid waste collection, hauling, transfer and disposal for municipalities and commercial customers. The company also operates landfills and transfer stations and is growing a renewable natural gas business that converts landfill gas into pipeline-quality fuel across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest. This platform acquisition is part of Apollo acquisitions by a private equity buyer, supporting industrials M&A and industrials deals PA with long-life hard assets. The deal was announced as a majority stake investment, with terms and closing timing not disclosed.
