Datavault AI to Acquire NYIAX to Build Exchange Platform

Datavault AI Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire NYIAX Inc. The deal is intended to integrate NYIAX’s intellectual property portfolio and blockchain-enabled exchange platform into Datavault AI’s organization.

Datavault AI says the combined platform will provide institutional-grade, transparent trading infrastructure and accelerate planned commercial launches of specialized exchanges. The company links the integration to its “Information Data Exchange” marketplace and to future capabilities including high-performance matching engines, automated smart contracts, real-time AI valuation, and regulatory-compliant liquidity mechanisms across data and digital assets.

The announcement builds on an October 2025 letter of intent and prior multi-year licensing and technology agreements between the companies.
