Tecomet acquisitions expand its healthcare M&A footprint by adding orthopedic capabilities and strengthening its merger acquisition platform in the US market. The deal is a private equity acquisition backed by Charlesbank for Tecomet and Nordic for Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, and it closed under the Tecomet name.
