Peakstone Realty Trust Acquired by Brookfield | Real Estate Services M&A Deal

Brookfield has completed the acquisition of Peakstone Realty Trust, a real estate services other business in New York, for $1.2 billion. Brookfield acquires Peakstone Realty Trust to expand its industrial real estate platform with more than 70 industrial assets, including industrial outdoor storage and traditional industrial properties. Peakstone Realty Trust operates logistics-focused real estate services, and Brookfield acquisitions aim to scale well-located storage and distribution infrastructure in NY and beyond. The real estate services M&A is structured as a platform acquisition by a private equity buyer, with an all-cash price of $21.00 per share and Peakstone becoming privately held after the May 6, 2026 close.
