DBA Commercial Real Estate Acquired by DuWest | Real Estate Services M&A Deal

DuWest has completed the acquisition of DBA Commercial Real Estate, a commercial brokerage business in Texas, for $1.7 billion. DuWest acquisitions combine retail-focused tenant representation with DBA Commercial Real Estate acquisition capabilities across North Texas commercial leasing and shopping center leasing. DBA Commercial Real Estate, founded in Dallas in 2016, led by Austin Schenkel and Perren Gasc, supports leasing for projects including Westside Village in Fort Worth and Eldorado Neighborhood Shops in McKinney. The merger acquisition creates a larger real estate services M&A platform for DuWest, a strategic buyer expanding commercial brokerage coverage through real estate services deals TX and TX acquisitions.
