Precision Aviation Group Acquired by VSE | Industrials M&A Deal

VSE has completed the acquisition of Precision Aviation Group, a industrial services other business in Vermont, for $2B. Precision Aviation Group provides aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul services including avionics and engine work, alongside distribution and manufacturing capabilities. The combined footprint spans 61 locations across eight countries, with 48 repair facilities and 11 distribution centers, supporting MRO and DER services for aviation customers. VSE acquisitions are positioned as a platform acquisition and strategic acquisition to expand industrials M&A capabilities in VT acquisitions and strengthen industrial services other acquisition offerings. The deal is closed and structured as a platform acquisition by a strategic buyer, with the combined operations expected to scale repair and distribution capacity.
