BridgeCity Capital acquires Ranco Capital to strengthen its real estate services deals NY pipeline through private equity acquisition and other acquisition activity. The private equity acquisition is announced with a $25M–$50M size range and $38M loan funding, targeting a Prospect Heights build and expected to close under standard construction lending terms.
