Miami Realtors to Merge with Broward, Palm Beaches Group

The Miami Association of Realtors is merging with the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors to create the largest local Realtors association in National Association of Realtors history. The combined organization will have 93,000 members.

The merger is expected to close May 11, with co-CEOs Teresa King Kinney and Dionna Hall leading the transition. Effective Jan. 1, 2027, Hall will be the sole CEO. The two associations have about 75 employees each and 14 locations, and the new entity will streamline rules and regulations into one set of guidelines.

The combined association will provide members access to both Multiple Listing Services covering Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie counties, with MLS operations initially separate and later moving toward forming the third-largest MLS in the country.
