Robinhood Ventures Fund I IPO Prices at $658.4M

Robinhood Ventures Fund I (RVI) priced its initial public offering of 12,615,608 common shares of beneficial interest at an initial public offering price of $25.00 per share. The IPO brings the total fund size to $658.4 million, or up to $705.7 million if the underwriter’s option to purchase additional shares is exercised in full.

All shares are being offered by RVI. The fund is a closed-end vehicle designed to provide retail investors exposure to a concentrated portfolio of private companies, and it is expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol RVI on March 6, 2026.
