Senior Living Communities Acquired by Pennant | Healthcare M&A Deal

Pennant has completed the acquisition of Senior Living Communities, a healthcare services other business in Arizona and Wisconsin, for $X. Pennant acquisitions expand assisted living operations through three senior living communities, including Saguaro Assisted Living in Glendale, Arizona, Emerald Ridge in Neenah, Wisconsin, and Harbor Haven Senior Living in New Franken, Wisconsin. The Pennant group of affiliated home health, hospice, and home care providers uses its operating model to support resident care and team continuity across these senior living communities. The add on acquisition is structured as an add on acquisition with triple net leases, and it is a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, with operations assumed effective May 1, 2026.
