PharmaCorp Rx Healthcare Acquisition | M&A Deal

PharmaCorp Rx has completed the acquisition of Pharmacy Files, a pharmacy business in Western Canada, for $300,000. The add-on pharmacy acquisition covers prescription files, patient records, and related operational data from a pharmacy in the same community as an existing PharmaChoice Canada location, supporting continuity of care for local residents. PharmaCorp Rx acquisitions are designed to strengthen pharmacist-led community pharmacy ownership by integrating pharmacy acquisition assets into its Western Canada pharmacy operations. The healthcare M&A deal is a strategic acquisition from an arm’s-length vendor, completed as a bolt-on add on with cash on hand and customary purchase price adjustments, and it does not include the target corporate entity or operating fixtures.
