Sierra Platform Acquired by Redwood Services | Industrials M&A Deal

Redwood Services has acquired Sierra Platform, a industrial services other business in Nevada, for $100 million. Redwood Services acquisitions expand a regional provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services headquartered in Las Vegas with operations across Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, and Colorado. The Sierra Platform acquisition adds five Partner Companies serving more than 40,000 customers annually and includes active membership agreements exceeding 19,000. The platform acquisition is a private equity acquisition announced as a platform deal over $100M, bringing Redwood into Las Vegas, Denver, and Boise while deepening Tucson presence. RJ Magee is set to join Redwood as Senior Vice President of Operations to oversee integration and continued growth within the Redwood network.
