A Good Investment Partners-linked LLC has acquired the former Sundance Steakhouse & Saloon building in Fort Collins, Colorado, along with two adjacent parcels. The properties at 2716 E. Mulberry St. plus 410 and 418 S. Summit View Drive were sold for $3 million on Feb. 19.

The buyer’s portfolio listing describes the site as an industrial outdoor storage property. The 12,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1947 and remodeled in 1991, and it was last purchased in 1978 for $35,000, according to county property records.
