Revere Electrical Supply Acquired by Rexel | Industrials M&A Deal

Rexel has acquired Revere Electrical Supply, a industrial distribution business in Illinois, for $330m. Revere Electrical Supply is headquartered in Mokena and operates as an authorized reseller of Rockwell automation solutions for industrial automation customers across the Midwest. The acquisition expands Rexel’s US footprint in industrial automation and strengthens its technical expertise and end-to-end offerings through 10 branches serving Illinois and Wisconsin. This add on acquisition is part of Rexel acquisitions by a public company buyer, continuing industrials M&A growth in IL acquisitions and building on Rexel’s North America strategy.
