Revere Electrical Supply Acquired by Rexel | Industrials M&A Deal

Rexel has acquired Revere Electrical Supply, a industrial distribution business in Illinois, for $330m. Rexel acquires Revere Electrical Supply to strengthen industrial automation distribution through a network of 10 branches headquartered in Mokena, IL. Revere Electrical Supply is an authorized reseller of Rockwell Automation solutions with technical expertise serving Illinois and Wisconsin customers. This add on acquisition is Rexel’s 16th North America acquisition since 2020 and its second biggest, expanding Rexel acquisitions in the Midwest. The strategic acquisition is expected to be accretive immediately, with value creation targeted in year 3, supporting Rexel’s industrials M&A growth strategy.
