Revere Electrical Supply Acquired by Rexel | Industrials M&A Deal

Rexel has completed the acquisition of Revere Electrical Supply, a industrial distribution business in Illinois, for $330M. Rexel acquires Revere Electrical Supply to expand its industrial automation distribution footprint, leveraging Revere’s 10-branch network across Illinois and Wisconsin from Mokena. Revere Electrical Supply is an authorized dealer of Rockwell Automation solutions, serving long-standing Midwest customer relationships and generating about $330 million in 2025 revenue. The Rexel acquisitions program includes this add on acquisition as a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, strengthening Rexel’s North America presence in industrials M&A and IL acquisitions.
