Vintia Acquires Tactics to Expand Luwio Platform

Vintia, an all-in-one ticketing and booking systems provider and part of SALTO WECOSYSTEM, announced its acquisition of Tactics, a Belgian software specialist. Tactics built Luwio, a cloud platform that centralises sports, youth, and cultural activity management.

Luwio merges activity management, facility rentals, POS management, and ticketing into one environment for local authorities. Vintia said the platform supports registrations, capacity control, payments, and streamlined administration. Luwio also supports Flemish regulatory requirements, including the Flemish BOA Decree and the Decree on Out-of-School Childcare and Activities.
