Korea Investment Partners and KB Investment have completed the acquisition of Xpanner, a enterprise software business in California, for $18 million. Xpanner provides AI-powered construction automation and Physical AI solutions that improve jobsite productivity and address labor shortages for active operators. Based in Santa Fe Springs, the company supports a subscription-based platform model for scaling autonomous workflows across the U.S. market. The platform acquisition is structured as a Series B bridge round led by KIP with participation from KB Investment, expanding Xpanner’s total funding to $38 million and targeting recurring enterprise software revenue growth.
