FantasySpin has completed the acquisition of FastDraft, a ecommerce fantasy sports business in Massachusetts, for $1M. FantasySpin operates daily fantasy sports (DFS) contests with lineup-building products designed for immediate, gamified engagement, while FastDraft runs best ball fantasy formats that complete drafts in under five minutes. The combined platform expands fantasy sports access across 38 U.S. states and Canada, adding DFS contests to FastDraft’s NFL-first ecosystem and extending into NBA, MLB, NHL, PGA, and more. The merger acquisition is a technology M&A move by a strategic operator to unify free-to-play and real-money fantasy formats, supporting MA acquisitions and ecommerce acquisition strategies.
