Ziff Davis, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Connectivity business, a technology other business in New York, for about $267.6 million. The Connectivity business supports technology deals NY customers through connectivity-focused products and services, and it is being classified as discontinued operations for reporting purposes. Ziff Davis is pursuing technology M&A value creation by divesting the Connectivity business while continuing to operate it in the ordinary course until closing in New York.
