AcuityMD has completed the acquisition of AcuityMD, a enterprise software business in Massachusetts, for $80M. AcuityMD provides medtech sales software that integrates third-party data such as FDA records with internal commercial datasets to support medical device commercial teams. The platform uses AI agents to help sales reps, leadership, and marketing teams plan customer visits, build business plans, and accelerate commercialization workflows. The announced other acquisition is part of technology M&A to deepen data aggregation and expand beyond commercialization, with AcuityAI now in open beta.
