Onit Security Raises $11M Seed for Vulnerability Mgmt

Onit Security, a cybersecurity startup focused on vulnerability management, raised $11 million in a Seed round led by Hetz Ventures and Brightmind Partners, with participation from additional angel investors. The company was founded in 2025 by Elad Ben-Meir, Ofer Amitai, and Tom Winter.

Onit’s platform is designed to cut the time between vulnerability detection and remediation from months to minutes. The approach uses AI-driven agents that prioritize vulnerabilities based on an organization’s specific business and technical context rather than relying only on generic severity rankings. The company was founded after an Iranian cyberattack exposed a known vulnerability that had been deprioritized.
