ZenaTech has signed a binding agreement to acquire an established land surveying and spatial services company in Queensland, Australia, as an enterprise software acquisition, for an undisclosed amount. The target provides precision surveying, advanced geospatial mapping, and LiDAR-based data capture for government, public works, infrastructure, and natural resources clients across Brisbane, Gladstone, and the Sunshine Coast. ZenaTech acquisitions in Drone as a Service expand AI autonomy and drone-enabled workflows by integrating the acquired geospatial capabilities and existing customer base into its DaaS platform. The add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition by a technology-focused strategic buyer, expanding ZenaTech’s Asia-Pacific footprint, subject to regulatory approvals, with deal terms and expected closing date not disclosed.
