Tjoapack Acquired by Alcami | Healthcare M&A Deal

Alcami has completed the acquisition of Tjoapack, a healthcare services other business in North Carolina, for $3 billion. Tjoapack is a global contract packaging organization supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers with packaging and supply chain services, including capabilities for complex and injectable products. Alcami acquires Tjoapack to expand contract development and manufacturing scale and strengthen healthcare M&A offerings through a transatlantic packaging footprint, including operations in Etten Leur, Netherlands and a U.S. packaging presence. The divestiture acquisition was completed by strategic buyer Alcami following a middle-market private equity investment and growth period, with the deal positioned as a strategic acquisition and closed in May 2026.
