Higgs LLP Acquires Vialex and Navigator Employment Law

Higgs LLP has acquired Edinburgh-based Vialex Limited and its specialist employment law arm, Navigator Employment Law Limited. Vialex Limited provides corporate and commercial legal services to high-growth, mid-market, and private equity backed owner-managed businesses, including outsourced legal counsel and transactional work.

Navigator Employment Law Limited provides employment and health & safety legal services. The combined Vialex and Navigator teams will continue operating from Edinburgh, establishing a new Scotland base for Higgs LLP. The transaction follows Higgs’ investment from August Equity at the end of 2025 and is positioned to strengthen Higgs’ corporate, commercial, and employment capabilities across the UK.
