Deal Overview
Transom Capital Group has acquired WellBiz Brands, the franchisor behind Fitness Together, Elements Massage, Drybar, Amazing Lash Studio, and Radiant Waxing.
WellBiz Brands operates more than 700 locations across the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. The deal follows the addition of WellBiz CEO Amanda Clark, who joined nearly two years ago and helped drive same-store sales growth. Transom said it will use a hands-on operational approach to support franchisee success and unit count growth.
