NTT DATA has acquired WinWire, a enterprise software business in California, for $100M+. WinWire is an award-winning Microsoft partner focused on agentic AI, AI on Azure, data engineering, and cloud-native development for enterprise deployments. NTT DATA acquisitions aim to expand its enterprise AI capabilities by adding Azure and Microsoft specialists with experience across Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Foundry. This add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition within technology M&A, strengthening NTT DATA’s Microsoft Global System Integrator practice and supporting production-ready, industry-specific AI and cloud solutions.
