WinWire Acquired by NTT DATA | Technology M&A Deal

NTT DATA has acquired WinWire, a managed services msp business in California, for $X. WinWire is a Microsoft-focused cloud and AI consultancy headquartered in Santa Clara that delivers agentic AI, Azure AI services, cloud-native development, and enterprise data engineering. NTT DATA acquisitions aim to expand enterprise AI deployment by adding Azure engineers and Microsoft specialists to its global Microsoft practice, supporting Azure-based transformation and Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Foundry delivery. The platform acquisition is a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, with over 1,000 Azure engineers expected to join after close, and financial terms were not disclosed.
