1Spatial Acquired by VertiGIS | Technology M&A Deal

VertiGIS has completed the acquisition of 1Spatial, a enterprise software business in Location Master Data Management (LMDM) in London, for $87.10 million GBP. VertiGIS acquisitions combine geodata workflows for utilities, government and commercial customers with 1Spatial’s data quality, enrichment, and spatial automation capabilities. The 1Spatial acquisition strengthens VertiGIS’s location data management platform by adding the 1Integrate rules engine and 1Streetworks for infrastructure project delivery, supporting AI and large language model readiness. The technology M&A is a private equity acquisition backed by Battery Ventures, structured as an acquisition acquisition and closed as part of VertiGIS acquisitions expanding into the UK, France, and Benelux while reinforcing North America and Australia presence.
