1Spatial Acquired by VertiGIS | Technology M&A Deal

VertiGIS has completed the acquisition of 1Spatial, a enterprise software business in the UK, for about £87.10 million. VertiGIS acquisitions combine geospatial solutions for utilities, governments, and commercial enterprises with 1Spatial’s Location Master Data Management (LMDM) platform that improves spatial data quality, enrichment, and governance. The 1Spatial rules engine and automation capabilities support AI-ready geospatial workflows, while VertiGIS adds industry applications such as 1Integrate and 1Streetworks for municipalities managing infrastructure construction projects across London and broader markets. The platform acquisition is a private equity acquisition backed by Battery Ventures, valued as a technology M&A deal, and was first announced in December 2025 with cash consideration of 73 pence per share.
