Armis Security Acquired by ServiceNow | Technology M&A Deal

ServiceNow has completed the acquisition of Armis Security, a cybersecurity business in Israel, for $7.7 billion. ServiceNow acquires Armis Security to expand AI-driven security and enterprise risk management using real-time visibility across roughly 7 billion connected devices. Armis Security provides device discovery and security posture intelligence that feeds ServiceNow workflow automation for vulnerability remediation and automated governance. The platform acquisition is part of ServiceNow acquisitions led by a strategic buyer, strengthening an AI “control tower” approach for end-to-end cybersecurity oversight.
