UDlive Acquired by Badger Meter | Technology M&A Deal

Badger Meter has acquired UDlive, a enterprise software business in the UK, for $100 million plus contingent consideration. UDlive provides low-power, easy-to-install water-level sensors at manholes and pairs the hardware with visualization and analytics software for continuous sewer line monitoring. Badger Meter acquisitions aim to expand its BlueEdge water management suite and extend SmartCover’s sewer monitoring footprint across the United States and the United Kingdom. The strategic acquisition is structured as an add-on acquisition by a strategic buyer, with cash on hand funding and an expected close by the end of April 2026.
