Tenaris has agreed to acquire Artrom Steel Tubes, a metals fabrication business in Romania, for EUR 86 million. Tenaris acquires Artrom Steel Tubes S.A., a Romanian manufacturer of steelmaking and seamless steel pipe products with facilities in Reșița and Slatina. The Artrom Steel Tubes acquisition adds seamless pipe rolling capacity of up to 200,000 metric tons and steelmaking capacity of about 450,000 metric tons, supporting Tenaris’s European industrial pipe offering. The manufacturing M&A is structured as a platform acquisition by a strategic buyer, with the deal announced and expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to EU competition clearance and Romanian government approvals.
