Western Midstream has acquired Brazos Delaware, a midstream business in Texas, for $1.6 billion. Western Midstream acquisitions expand Delaware Basin midstream infrastructure by adding Brazos Delaware’s natural gas and produced-water handling assets in the Texas market.
