Crown Castle Fiber Solutions Acquired by Zayo | Technology M&A Deal

Zayo has completed the acquisition of Crown Castle Fiber Solutions, a technology other business in the United States. Zayo acquires Crown Castle Fiber Solutions to expand fiber network infrastructure and support high-capacity connectivity for enterprise and carrier customers. Crown Castle Fiber Solutions provides fiber services and related digital infrastructure assets that strengthen Zayo’s broadband and AI-ready transport capabilities. This technology M&A is an add on acquisition under a strategic acquisition strategy, expanding Zayo acquisitions in fiber. Deal size was not disclosed, and the transaction closed upon completion of the acquisition process.
