CSG Systems International Acquired by NEC | Technology M&A Deal

NEC has completed the acquisition of CSG Systems International, a enterprise software business in Florida, for $X. NEC acquisitions combine CSG Systems International’s telecom business support systems, customer experience software, and payment technologies with Netcracker’s digital BSS and OSS platforms to serve broadband and enterprise service providers. The strategic acquisition expands NEC’s AI-driven digital services platform for telecom operators modernizing legacy infrastructure and adopting cloud-native operational systems. As a strategic acquisition and merger acquisition, NEC appointed Andrew Feinberg as chairman and CEO to lead integration, with Netcracker taking operational control and NEC providing governance oversight and global resources.
