CSG Systems International Acquired by NEC | Technology M&A Deal

NEC has completed the acquisition of CSG Systems International, a enterprise software business in the telecommunications and digital services space. NEC acquisitions expand Netcracker Technology’s platform for customer engagement, monetization, operations, and AI-driven automation for broadband and telecom service providers. CSG Systems International provides business support systems, customer experience, and payment solutions across telecommunications, financial services, and healthcare, supporting cloud-native and mission-critical digital service lifecycles. The add-on acquisition is a strategic acquisition by NEC, with Netcracker Technology leading integration and Andrew Feinberg appointed Chairman and CEO of the combined organization. Deal size was undisclosed, and NEC said customer service and support would continue uninterrupted during the integration.
