Cybeta Acquired by Howden | Technology M&A Deal

Howden has completed the acquisition of Cybeta, a cybersecurity business in the United States, for $31M. Cybeta provides cyber data and analytics that support proactive expert-driven cyber threat intelligence and predictive analytics used for risk evaluation. Howden acquisitions add Cybeta’s intellectual property to strengthen cyber underwriting, placement, and claims outcomes for clients in the U.S. market. The cybersecurity acquisition is an add on acquisition under technology M&A, with Howden acting as a strategic buyer and bringing Cybeta’s data science team into Howden’s growing U.S. cyber practice. Terms beyond the $31M price were not disclosed, and the deal was announced in 2026.
