Mirantis Acquired by IREN | Technology M&A Deal

IREN has acquired Mirantis, a enterprise software business in New York, for $625 million. IREN acquires Mirantis to expand cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes-based orchestration capabilities that support enterprise AI workloads at scale. Mirantis provides the k0rdent AI platform for managing AI infrastructure across bare metal, virtual machines, and Kubernetes environments, strengthening deployment, monitoring, and enterprise support for IREN’s AI Cloud services.
