IREN has acquired Mirantis, a enterprise software business in New York, for approximately $630 million. IREN acquisitions bring Mirantis’s cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes-based orchestration and enterprise support services into IREN’s AI Cloud delivery platform. Mirantis serves more than 1,500 enterprise customers globally and supports AI infrastructure management across bare metal, virtual machines, and Kubernetes environments, strengthening deployment, monitoring, and operational visibility for enterprise workloads. The technology M&A is structured as a platform acquisition by a public company, with consideration to be paid in IREN ordinary shares and Mirantis expected to operate as a standalone subsidiary. The announced deal size is about $625 million to $630 million, expanding IREN acquisitions in technology deals NY and improving market access for AI-native and emerging enterprise AI requirements.
